Return Policy

Goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt for complete product credit (except shipping).

Robert Louis Company is not responsible for any local or national taxes, duties, customs fees or any other fees that may be levied on our products as a result of being imported. We are not responsible for any legal fees or consequential damages of any type for any reason.

It is the importer’s responsibility to ascertain whether any of our products are legal or acceptable to your governments. If a shipment is refused by a government customs official resulting in the return of the goods to us, then the purchaser is responsible for both the in-shipping and return shipping costs.
